I’m an organizing coach and productivity architect. I love helping people achieve their goals by designing better environments. A self-described empathetic dot connector, I can get to the heart of what motivates someone and zero in on how their surroundings influence outcomes. I truly believe that by conquering the chaos around us, we are set free to focus on what matters. Since 2015, I have used my organizing and design experience to create better spaces for residential clients.

I got into organizing long before I had it in my job title. In fact, it has been a passion that found a way into whatever job I held. Considered the “guru” for all things organized, I have done everything from configuring office interiors to overseeing corporate space renovations in addition to Business Development and Executive Management. (Sometimes simultaneously!) Passionate about the human experience, I instinctively knew how better spaces helped people be happier and more productive. My contributions allowed the companies I worked for to see improvements in morale, customer experience and ultimately the bottom line.

After spending over 20 years in the corporate arena learning everything there is to know about business development, performance management and customer experience, I coupled this expertise with my organizing background and founded Neater Digs with the sole mission of providing others harmony in their lives through more organized surroundings. My favorite projects are ones where I get to transform a space and transfer knowledge and skills for lasting results long after I depart.

As a proud member of NAPO (National Association of Professional Organizers) I continually look for ways to better serve my clients through education and support. I currently serve on the Washington DC Metro Area Chapter Board of Directors.
